500g of raw Australian Wagyu chuck eye roll, marble score M4-5, thinly sliced for hot pot or sukiyaki.

How to prepare

1. If frozen, thaw covered in the refrigerator.
2. Bring your hot pot broth or sukiyaki base to a simmer. Separate the beef slices and add in small batches.
3. Cook the beef through before eating. Keep utensils for raw meat separate from serving utensils.
